What is a Klecher Tube?
Klecher, LLC developed Innovative Patented Airless Squeezable (KLECHERTUBE™) Technology for Flexible Extruded, Laminated and Molded, Single and Multi-Chamber Tubes, protected by Ten (10) US Patents with other US & International Patents Pending.
KlecherTube™ consists of a pusher and a grooved strip (track), permanently attached on a tube surface, on which the pusher can slide as a ratcheting mechanism – only upwards. The pusher moves up the tube, a built-in tooth snaps into place behind one of the grooves on the strip (track), preventing the pusher from sliding back down the tube.
This revolutionary patented technology allows the user to dispense material from the tube, by simply sliding the mechanism forward, or via the traditional tube squeeze.
The KlecherTube™ can be customized to fit tubes of any shape and size. The pusher itself can have various designs, from simple one-piece molded parts, to complex, even power-operated mechanisms.
One of the main goals of KlecherTube’s technology is to help increase tubes recycling rates.
Our technology will dramatically improve the squeezing ability of the tubes that are made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP) and other more rigid recyclable materials, tubes with much thicker walls (e.g. Molded tubes), that are hard to squeeze.
It offers a simple solution at a lower cost compared to a more complicated development and production of expensive recyclable materials for tubes fabrication.
All of the material within the tube is trapped between the pusher and the spout, giving the user a gratifying experience with every squeeze.
With our Klechertube design, the volume of air in a flexible container is reduced dramatically. This decreases the oxidation of the product substantially resulting in product that remains potent and fresh.
